right? This theory holds true for your water shares. The value of a single quarter share of San Antonio Water Co. water has
skyrocketed over the past couple years. The days of $500-$900 per quarter share are pretty much over. In fact, it has been
rumored that the cost is way, way, way up.

Back in the 1880's when the San Antonio Water Co. was set up, the ownership was structured on a share basis. One share
or one thousand shares equaled ONE VOTE. This way the large farm or orchard owner could not control the water. One share -
one thousand shares = ONE VOTE...equal say for all shareholders.
